【eBay輸出】バイヤーへ自動で返信メールを送る方法[完全保存版]

Manage communications with buyersの設定方法

本設定はPremium以上のストアを契約している必要があります。ストア登録はこちらの記事を参考にしてください。

My eBay - Summary の左端に「Manage communications with buyers」というのがあります。

すると以下の画面に到達します。ここから自動返信メッセージを設定することができます。

落札後にeBayバイヤーへ自動でメッセージを返信する方法

Buyer checks out を選択します。その次に、右下にある「Add a message」をクリックします。

次の画面で落札後、バイヤーに届くメッセージを入力します。

バイヤーへのメッセージを入力していきます。上の画像で赤く囲った部分に、Buyerの名前を入れることもできます。親近感がわきますよね。

落札後にeBayバイヤーへ送信する英文メッセージ

わりと細かく書いていますが、英文テンプレートを記載します。是非、参考にしてください。

ここでのポイントは

あだ名で呼んでくれ（すると、あだ名で100%返信がきます）
追跡番号は出荷時に別途連絡する
まとめ買いを促す　という点です。

Dear バイヤーの名前
Thank you very much for your purchase.

My name is Yukio Ichijo. Please call me あだ名.(^o^)
I am Japanese. I live in 県名 in Japan.

バイヤーの支払いが遅れる場合に備えてリマインドメールを送りましょう！

If your buyer hasn't paid after a couple of days　で、

画面真ん中に

You can choose to have us send a payment reminder if your buyer hasn't paid after a couple of days.
（数日たってもバイヤーが払わない時、あなたは、支払いリマインドメールを送るか選択）で”Yes”

こう設定しておくと、自動でメールが送信されます

eBayバイヤーから受注が入ったのに支払いがない、未入金の時の対応/Awaiting Payment

eBayバイヤーから受注を貰ったのみ未入金の場合の対応ははこちらの記事を参考にしてください。

発送後に追跡番号を送信する自動メールの設定方法

次に、発送後に、商品の発送と追跡番号とバイヤーに自動で連絡する設定方法を解説します。

Order is updated with shipping informationを選択します。その次に、右下にある「Add a message」をクリックします。

バイヤーへのメッセージを入力し、最後にSaveボタンを押します。

出荷時にeBayバイヤーへ送信する英文メッセージ

以下の出荷時にバイヤーへ送る英文メッセージを記します。以下をポイントにしています。

追跡番号を調査するためのキャリアのURL
何か欲しい商品があったらいつでも言ってね
商品到着後にフィードバックをお願いね
